Main Hall
17.1m x 8.28m (56’ x 31’6”). Wood floor, marked out for badminton. Internet access, Portable Projector and Cloth Screen can be provided on request. Doors to foyer and kitchen foyer. Depending on layout, the Main Hall can seat up to 161 people.

Hampshire Room
5.6m x 5.8m (18’6” x 19’). Whiteboard. Fixed 72 inch pull down screen, Portable projector available, Carpeted floor. Can seat up to 33 people.

Function Room
11.1m x 7.25m (36’ 6” x 23’ 8”). Carpeted floor. Access to kitchen via a door and roller shutter wall hatch. Internet access/wi-fi. Wall mounted drop down projection screen. Ceiling mounted projector and fitted speakers. DVD player and laptop connection for projector. Hearing loop. Can seat up to 80 people.

Kitchen
5.8m x 5.8m (19’ x 19’). 5 hob electric triple oven, 6’ double refrigerator, microwave, water boiler, mugs, cutlery, plates, teapots. Three stainless steel sinks. Extensive cupboard space. A door and roller shutters open onto the Function Room. Roller shutters open onto the foyer.

Notes
Children’s parties are not permitted in the Function Room, because it is carpeted. Children’s parties take place in the Main Hall, which has a wood floor.

Users wishing to sell alcohol at an event will need to apply for an alcohol licence from City of York Council.
