Hall Hire Charges


Main Hall – £15.00 per hour

Function Room – £15.00 per hour              

Hampshire Room – £10.00 per hour 

Kitchen  Hot or Cold Drinks– £3.00 per Booking 

Kitchen Hot Food Preparation, Parties or Events – £10.00 per booking

All Rooms – Enquire for details

The hall will be opened and closed at the appropriate time by the Caretaker. Should you have any problems please contact the Caretaker on the number provided on the noticeboard to the left of the entrance door.

Please note   If you require access to the hall before or after your event (for setting up or clearing away) the appropriate hourly rate for the room will be charged.

A ceiling mounted projector, and a DVD player are available in the Function Room. Free wi-fi is available on request. An Induction Loop system is provided in the Function Room


The refrigerator, microwave, cups and saucers, water heater, tea towels, washing up liquid are supplied.

The oven and hot water for washing up is provided when hiring the kitchen for preparing and cooking food.

The following are all supplied free of charge on request

  • Tables & chairs are provided to be set out and put away by the hirer in the appropriate store cupboard. Please stack these in an orderly fashion after the event
  • Amplification for speech and background music. Portable Sound System including microphone. Projection equipment and access to wireless microphones are provided when hiring the Function Room and must be requested when booking the room.
  • Motorised screen in the Function Room
  • Pull down screen in Hampshire Room – Portable Projector available on request when booking the room
  • 100 inch cloth screen available in Main Hall on request
  • Portable sound system available on request
  • Party Lights in Main Hall

A deposit of £50 is required for party bookings only which will be returned after the event if all is left clean and tidy, any chairs or tables are returned to storeroom and there is no damage.
